Our opening hours are changing back from this week to 5 days from 08:30 to 17:30. Saturday and Sunday is only for emergency phone calls. In these times of uncertainty our team will remain focused to do our best in order to provide quality service as expected or deserved by our service users however there may be times when care support workers may be delayed in case of emergency. Carers Direct Homecare come out to assess your needs on a one-to-one basis and assess your needs and tailor your package to your requirements. We promote independence & choice. We employ caring, sensitive care staff to meet the needs of our clients in Leicester. All staff has an enhanced DBS and an ISA checked. Staff goes through a comprehensive training as well as receives further regular training. With a variety of offerings to choose from, we're sure you'll be happy with us.
